Our Story
Velvance Group was founded to bridge a gap we saw too often in healthcare consulting: a lack of clinically grounded, operationally savvy, and financially informed leadership.
With over 10 years of executive experience in ambulatory infusion, specialty pharmacy, and PE-backed expansion, founder Tanya Golovanoff, PharmD, EMBA, launched Velvance to deliver high-impact results without the red tape.
Whether we’re advising a provider group on USP <800> compliance, helping a PE firm evaluate an acquisition target, or guiding an infusion startup through launch, our approach is grounded in integrity, expertise, and execution.

Tanya Golovanoff, PharmD, EMBA, BCSCP
Founder & Principal Consultant
Tanya is a nationally recognized leader in specialty pharmacy and infusion services. She’s led strategic and operational transformation at scale, including launching new service lines, standing up de novo infusion centers, and navigating the complexity of provider integration and private equity transitions.
She’s also a Board-Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist, NHIA faculty member, and former VP of Ambulatory Infusion Services at Mylyfe Specialty Pharmacy.
Today, Tanya helps healthcare leaders unlock growth through advisory, execution, and partnership — as a trusted strategist and fractional executive.
